• Blue Ball: If you wish to skip cleaning service and enjoy uninterrupted relaxation, kindly place the blue ball outside your door. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities!

• Beige Ball: If you'd like your room cleaned, please place the beige ball outside your door, and our team will ensure every corner is refreshed to perfection!
